SMASH Camp 2020

Day Camp

SMASH Camp 2020 is moving from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane North!!

We are excited to say that SMASH this year is moving a little closer to home as a 2020 day camp event! This means we won’t be heading up to Alexandra Headlands as we usually would, but instead we’re going to run SMASH Camp over two awesome days in Brisbane, full of all the best parts of SMASH – hanging out with your mates and making new ones, with heaps of awesome activities and electives to get stuck into… (but we won’t give away too much!!).
We’ll also get to talk about faith, life, God, the world, and what we as young people think about it all.
We’re expecting great times to be had, so trust us, its going to be awesome!

If you have any questions about how SMASH is going to look this year, please contact our Directors, Bella or Alex. We’re so happy to chat with you!

If you’re a guy or girl in Yrs7-12 from The Gap SHS, Ferny Grove SHS, Mitchelton SHS, Kelvin Grove SC, or from a surrounding church or youth group, make sure you APPLY RIGHT NOW because spaces are limited! We can’t wait to see you there! **If you are not within this area, you may still apply. However, preference will be given to students situated within this cluster. As such, you will be placed on a waiting list until numbers can be confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact our Directors Bella or Alex.**

Directors Profile

Bella is currently in her last year of a dual degree in Arts and Secondary Education, and is hoping to become a high school English and History teacher before SMASH rolls around again next year! She has been a leader on SMASH Camp for 6 years now, and is excited to put on her Director’s hat back on for SMASH 2020!
Alex has also been leading on SMASH for 6 years now, and preparing for medical school entrance exams. He loves getting away on the weekends to camp and go fishing, and this year he is super pumped to see the excitement of SMASH land back home in North West Brisbane.
