SU Australia uses Brushfire.com to collect registrations for its events this system will never store sensitive payment information about your credit card, debit card, or checking account. Brushfire will only store the customer’s name, the last 4 digits of their account number, and the type of card that was used. This is so you can quickly and easily look up orders based upon this information. Once payment is processed by authorize.net or Square, Brushfire will store a reference to the transaction ID provided by authozie.net or Square so that if any further changes (refunds, cancellations, etc) need to take place, we can send that transaction ID back to the gateway and make the appropriate changes (refunds) without requiring the customer’s credit card information again.
I HAVE TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION BUT HAVE ALREADY PAID IN FULL. DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If we receive adequate notice of the cancellation your registration will be refunded less a number of minor costs (e.g. postage and other incidentals). Depending on how close the cancellation is to the start of the event, your deposit may be withheld.
